Our 1-ounce bags of Lavender Buds are properly dried in our barn, hand-stripped, sorted and free of stems. A blend of all our lavenders, with a nice well-rounded scent.
In the kitchen our 1/2-ounce bag of Culinary Buds will flavor baked goods, drinks, and savory dishes – use sparingly as lavender can be strong. Please send us your favorite recipe! Years ago The Lavender Cookbook was sent to us by Sharon Shipley – well used, still the bible for lavender in your kitchen !
Lavender Buds in bulk are available for crafting your own sachets and pillows. Bulk buds come in increments of 8 ounces at $5.62 per ounce.
Our lavender was planted in 1972, and we started selling at local Art & Wine festivals. A favorite was the new, wild Renaissance Faire. Crazy hubbub, clever actors, jugglers, Bard lovers and all around fun.
