Inserting Pumps into 8-oz. Bottles:
Use a dollop of lotion, or squeeze out after unscrewing disc cap (otherwise it’ll squeeze out the sides of the pump). Unscrew pump top by holding on to smooth ring until it pops out. Insert into bottle and tighten. Keep disc cap for the last bit in the bottle (turn on its head).
