1.) Prices are subject to change without notice;

2.) Shipping is the expense of the buyer. Please allow 1+ weeks for shipment of your order;

3.) Wholesale and Non-Profit customers must provide either seller’s permit (State of California), state permit/business license or tax i.d. in their state to be allowed to buy wholesale. ;

4.) Opening orders: Visa, M/C, Discover, American Express, PayPal, C.O.D. or E-Check. We reserve the right to add a finance charge of 1.5% to all past due accounts. If the need for collections arises, any collection fees are to be paid by customer. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all freight charges;

5.) Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Within 3 days of receipt, please notify Bonny Doon Farm by fax, e-mail or phone with the information, picture and description of damage. We will opt to either replace the item or give a credit and Bonny Doon Farm will file a claim. All packaging must be kept for 5 days after notification, if necessary; and,

6.) Weddings and Special Events Gifts and Favors are favorites for your guests, employees and family. We are affordable and beautiful.
