Many years ago in Provence, one could find these vessels in every village for use to scent the home.
Our Bonny Doon Farm Terra Cotta Scent Vessel was originally designed with love by Diane and updated a few years back by Anita with renowned potter Joel Magen. Remembering Joel for helping us with the current design and Diane for her brilliant designs and direction we offer them with a variety of pure botanical oils in our Scent Combos. We apprecaite Mr. Alex Watson for his handywork!
Copies of our Scent Vessel from our original design are mass produced – ours are handmade with care and personal attention… High fired with a beautiful dark green glaze on the bottom with a hand colored instruction card and half ounce bottle of Botanical Oil rounds out the offering.
Half a thimble or a cap full of Oil will scent for one to two weeks. You will find this particularly satisfying for natural room freshener, closet scenting or bedside aromatherapy. Enjoy. Locally made in USA and offered only here at Bonny Doon Farm.
